MY STORY

I am in the Master of Science in Occupational Therapy program at Saginaw Valley State University. I have two clinical rotations left before I take the NBCOT and embark on my journey as an entry-level Occupational Therapist. My mission is to provide top quality care to patients through the therapeutic use of everyday activities/occupations. I thrive to make therapy sessions fun and engaging, while also supporting them by evidence-based practice and a client-centered approach.

I aim to eventually get into a management/leadership role at a medium to large company. I have creative and innovative ideas that I want to spread in order to give clients meaningful therapy experiences. Further in the future I want to become a professor to be able to influence the next generation of occupational therapists.
